almotamar.net - A traffic accident in Nahm district, Sana'a caused the death of six members of one family, among them three women, while a son was killed by his father in the governorate of Ibb, central Yemen.

A local source told almotamar.net that the traffic accident was caused when a Hilux car collided with a truck carrying water on Wednesday evening and caused the death of sheikh Mohammed Musaar, two of his sons and three women of the same family and two other persons were injured, one of them the driver of the truck.

Competent authorities in Bani Misaar area said, south of Sana'a, said they took the injured persons to hospital and retained the truck that caused the accident.

In another incident a person called Ali Taha al-Najjar was shot dead by his father in Dar al-Sharaf area of Mashana district, Ibb governorate on Wednesday evening.

Sources told almotamar.net that security authorities captured the killer and opened investigations into the incident to know its motives especially that the killer was the father.
