Almotamar.net - A presidential decree has been issued Sunday stipulating the establishment of Reconstruction Fund of the areas came under damage during sabotage and terror acts in the governorate of Saada.

The decree defined objectives of the Fund the acceleration in achieving the governmental development, social and human goals in the reconstruction in Saada.
The decree defined resources of the fund government annual appropriations for the fund from allocations in the general budget of the state, assistance and financial and in kind gifts offered to the fund by partners of development and sisterly and friendly countries as well as donations and gifts offered by natural and legal personalities inside and outside or any other sources approved by the fund's board of directors pursuant to operative laws and legislations.

The decree established a board of directors composed of:
The prime minister as chairman and the membership of deputy premier, the minister of planning and international cooperation, first deputy chairman, minister of local administration, second deputy chairman, minister of finance, minister of public works and roads, minister of waters and environment, minister of electricity and energy, the governor of Saada, secretary general of Saada local council, representative for the chamber of commerce and industry of Saada, representative for civil society organisations in the governorate and three social figures from Saada. The board of directors is the higher authority of the fund.

The decree stipulated that the work of the fund will end by the end of the purposes for which it was established and all its rights and obligations will go to the local authority of the governorate.
