almotamar.net - The Network for Elections Observation in Yemen held at the National Democratic Institute (NDI) headquarters in Sana'a Wednesday a meeting where it discussed the network's future plan in enlightenment and observation of the upcoming 2009 elections in Yemen.

The network is composed of the civil organisations of the Democratic School, the National and cultural Centre for Youth and Female Journalists without Chains.

A press release of the network mentioned that the meeting discussed mechanism of its work and what can be prepared during the coming period as well as preparations for establishment of a website for publishing electoral reports and systems and awareness about them.

The meeting was attended by head of the NDI and officials from the election programmes at the institute, representative for the Democratic school, representative for female journalists without chains and representative for the cultural centre for youth.
