Almotamar.net, Saba - Vice President Abdu Rabu Mansour Haddi attended Wednesday symposium on fingerprint and photo system project being applied on public employees and military and security affiliates.
In the symposium, organized by the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurances, Hadi welcomed holding this symposium and expressed pleasure for inaugurating the second phase of applying the system.
"The government, in the framework of carrying out financial and administrative reforms, has been able to adopt new economic policies and of carrying out a number of institutional and administrative reforms making the government successful in this field," Hadi said.
The processes of applying employing card via fingerprint and photo system are in line with President's electoral program.
"According to Ministry of Civil Service's reports, the process of applying the fingerprint and photo system has been completed in civic sector as well as in judicial authority and in military and security sectors to finish the first phase. The second phase will start early February," he said.
He affirmed that this system has realized a number of institutional reforms in fields of updating, improving and unearthing and solving existing faults. He directed technical units in the ministries of defense and of interior and other military zones and brigades to be committed to rules issued by civil service ministry to apply the second phase that covers officers.
For his part, deputy minister of civil service Hussein al-Ahjari affirmed that the next phase requires exerting more efforts for achieving more success in this field.
