Almotamar.net - Yemen Deputy Premier for Interior Affairs Sadeq Amin Abu Ras on Monday affirmed that the unity is the only assurer for development and stability of Yemen unlike what the some think as a mere political option or transient desire.
Abu Ras added that the choice of unity is a strategic one without alternative because it has represented dreams and ambitions of the Yemenis throughout ages. It has represented embodiment of demands, calls and aspirations of the national movement through its struggle and has transferred the sons of the people from the state of fragmentation and division to reality of unification and coalition.
In his address to the mass rally held in Baidha governorate in celebration of the democracy day and the 19th anniversary of Yemeni reunification Abu Ras confirmed the necessity of standing as one rank up to the calls of division that threaten the national gains and democracy that have built the unity.
He has also stressed that the political leadership believes that the future of Yemen would not prosper without the sincere national partnership and a real will for reform and change, as it is clear in the election platform of the president of the republic.
