almotamar.net - Security Higher Committee SHC in Yemen chaired by Vice President Abid Rabeh Mansour Hadi has on Tuesday discussed reports of security committees in the governorates of Saada and Abyan in the light of the escalation occurred in some areas of the two governorates by outlaw subversive elements, violating the law and order and the attacks on security checkpoints, security men and acts of highway robbery as well as plundering citizens' property and endangering their lives.
The SHC has held those sabotage elements responsible for that escalation and provocative acts contradicting in full the constitution and law and order.
The SHC has also taken a number of decisions and measures guaranteeing establishment of security, and stability and to deter all forces violating the constitution and the law.
The SHC has also affirmed the necessity that the security committees in the governorates shoulder their responsibilities and take measures guaranteeing preservation of pillars of security and stability and life of the citizens as well as public peace in the society and to confront any acts violating the law and order.
