Almotamar.net - Sana’a- Vice President Abed Rabou Mansour Hadi has affirmed that the health condition of the President of the Republic is in continuous improvement and his Excellency would deliver a speech to the Yemeni people.

In an interview to CNN channel on Thursday, the Vice President said the date of the return home is determined by doctors, adding that President Ali Abdullah Saleh is a basic factor for political balance inside Yemen and there is no one able to replace him due to his long experience in dealing with the trends and flaws that exist in the Yemeni arena.

He emphasised that the President is the legitimate President of Yemen until a new president is elected. He said,” We now are discussing with the opposition what are the mechanism that can be reaching to early elections and the Yemeni people elects who they want.”

Hadi has stressed the necessity of an executive mechanism for implementing the GCC initiative, explaining that it is not possible the formation of a government in thirty days or to hold presidential elections in sixty days under what the country is witnessing of exploding situation.

Vice President Hadi pointed out that he has met with leaderships of the Joint Meeting Parties to discuss solution of the crisis of oil products and power outages and repairing the oil pipeline of Mareb, expecting to reach a solution within the next ten days.

The Vice President has also talked on the democratic experience of Yemen and what it had passed through of stages for reaching to dialogue between the General People’s Congress Party and the Joint Meeting Parties and he has also talked about many other issues.
