Almotamar.net - President Abdu Rabbu Mansour Hadi has returned early on Wednesday home after a short visit to Saudi Arabia, where he held a meeting with King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
At the meeting, Hadi reviewed with King of Saudi Arabia a number of mutual, regional and international issues especially the current situation in Yemen in the light of the armed clashes in Amran province and not obligating by Houthis group on truce agreement to ceasefire there.
He also briefed the King on Yemen's war against al-Qaeda militants along with the suffering of Yemen from security, economic and political crises.
He also reviewed with the King of Saudi Arabia the latest developments in Yemen at security, economic, and political levels, stressing the importance of helping Yemen in this exceptional circumstances very fast in order to overcome all challenges and difficulties that facing the country nowadays.
Moreover, Hadi discussed a number of mutual, regional and international issues of common concern.
After his meeting with Kind Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the President made a statement to Saudi media outlets, where he said that his visit to Saudi Arabia and his meeting with King Abdullah successful and achieved positive outcomes completely.
He noted that the King of Saudi Arabia get acquainted with the situation in country along with the latest developments at various aspects.
He pointed out that the King Abdullah affirmed his country's support to Yemen because the security, stability and unity of Yemen is part of security of Saudi Arabia. He announced also the full support of Saudi leaderships to Yemen and its national issues through translating the outcomes of National Dialogue Conference (NDC), on the ground and in accordance with the Gulf initiative and its executive mechanism.
Further, the President revealed that the King of Saudi Arabia gave his order to aid and support Yemen at various levels very fast in order to overcome the country's current circumstances.
Hadi expressed his thanks to King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz for his concern on Yemen's current situation that Yemen has been experiencing nowadays.
