almotamar.net - SANAA-The minister of higher education and scientific research Saleh Ali Basurra announced Wednesday about increase in allowances of Yemeni students studying abroad amounting to one hundred dollars from the beginning of next January.

The minister told almotamar.net the financial increase is a gift from President Ali Abdullah Saleh on the occasion of Adha Eid to his sons the students on mission for studying abroad at the expense of the state. He pointed out that the number of Yemeni students sent to study abroad amounts to seven thousand students studying in 43 Arab and foreign countries.
