almotamar.net - SANAA-Director of the Chinese ZTE company branch in Yemen said Friday the coming of the company to invest in Yemen is in response to invitation of President Ali Abdullah Saleh to Chinese businessmen and companies to invest in Yemen. The president's invitation was made during his latest visit to China.

The Chinese Communications Company ZTE organized Thursday a ceremony at Hada Ramada Hotel in Sana'a attended by many Yemeni businessmen and representatives of communications companies in Yemen. The director of the company pointed out that the ZTE is one of the government companies possessing more than a hundred branches all over the world.

\he said the Yemeni-Chinese relations are historical and witnessed great development under the political leaderships of the two countries. He expressed his hope that his company would establish effective relations with Yemeni public and private sectors communication institutions and to be able to have effective contribution to develop the infrastructure in the area of communications and information technology as well as in the process of development in Yemen as part of the existing partnership between the two countries.
On his part the director of sales in ZTE company Talal al-Jabali said the company managed in a short period to build a network of relations with many companies and establishments. He indicated that the company was working for enhancing the trust with Yemeni companies and consumer through presenting high efficiency and quality products.
