In his address at the opening of the 11th annual conference of the commanders of the armed forces in Sana'a on Monday the president said the sabotage and terror elements of Abdulmalik al-Houthi have to hand over their heavy and medium weapons to the leadership of Saada governorate or otherwise action will be taken.
