Almotamar Net - President Saleh returned on Thursday morning from Mecca in the Saudi Arabia following participation in the extraordinary summit of the Islamic Conference Organization (OIC).

In the summit, Saleh called for establishing an Islamic union and stimulatingthe structural system of the organization of Islamic
conference.

He also called for reviewing the current charter of the organization and to allocate budget for the organization according to the incomes of each member state. He affirmed the importance of unifying efforts of all Islamic countries to serve interests of the Islamic nation.

President Saleh wished the summit would come out with positive decisions reflect the political spirit and the aspirations of Islamic peoples and enhance the Islamic solidarity and develop joint work in order to face all challenges surrounding the Islamic nation
