He said this cheap media “scratch” committed by Al-Thawri at this time when there is a beginning of political dialogue between the political parties and organisations does not serve the dialogue and will nor strengthen the bridges of trust required among the dialogue partners.

In his press statement today he added the story fabricated by the newspaper is groundless and through it publication of it wanted to suggest that there are differences between leaderships of the GPC. Bajammal described that fabricated story as delusion, a lie and flagrant prevarication implying hidden intentions stored by some leaders of the YSP and its mouthpiece newspaper.
The GPC secretary-general said it is a shame for the newspaper to fabricate news and stories out of its imagination and to claim it possesses the truth while it is drowned in the totalitarian mentality and the theory of conspiracy it is used to. He emphasized that the respect and mutual trust prevailing among the leaderships of the GPC cannot be impinged upon by anyone.

In conclusion of his statement the GPC secretary general considered al-Thawri newspaper attempt of skepticism in the statement of the intellectual or political or organizational conference is a sick desire of some leaderships of the YSP and those in charge of the newspaper.
