Vice president Abdu Rabu Mansour Hadi attended, on Monday, the opening ceremony

of a national conference on "safe motherhood" taking place in Sana'a, 12-14 December.

The conference, held under the motto: "Safe Motherhood is the Ground of Safe Society", would tackle the basic health care of child and mother
and aspects of family planning.

A number of senior officials attended the opening ceremony and talked over health care significance and government efforts in this field
