Almotamar Net - ADEN, Dec 15 (Saba)- Chairwoman of Yemeni Women Union and secretary general of Arab Women Union Ramziah al-Eryani valued the supports of the People's General Congress (PGC) for women.
In her speech in the PGC 7th conference, al-Eryani praised the initiative of president Ali Abdullah Saleh to allocate 15% of seats in the elections for women.
She praised efforts of PGC in strengthening rules of the democracy in the county, saying that PGC supports the activities of women syndicates and civil society organizations.
She highly appreciated efforts of female members of PGC in all governorates who are working to spread noble and fair principles of the PGC party among society.
