Almotamar.net - Yemen Prime Minister Dr Ali Mohammed Mujawar has called Sunday to develop administrative capabilities of ministries, institutions and national bodies leaderships so that the government will be able to implement its programme on scientific and programmed bases.
The Prime Minister said" Yemen has been able to develop and direct self energies and resources to enhance the national capabilities for comprehensive national development through planning and programming in implementation of the two five-year plans that focused on finishing projects of infrastructure and strengthening bonds of partnership with the private sector and civil society organisations in addition to its concern of enhancing trust between Yemen and its international partners." He put emphasis on the state's non-neglecting the poor segments of the society in its developmental action and thus has taken a group of significant policies and programs for protecting those segments against the side effects of reforms programs by adopting the strategy of poverty alleviation, programs of social security and public works projects that contributed to providing job opportunities and expanded higher education opportunities.
Prime Minister Mujawar made these remarks in his address to a workshop on building capabilities of high leaderships (ministers, and heads of establishments and authorities) as part of a project for modernization of civil service held in cooperation with the Lebanese Team International company. The workshop is organised by the ministry of civil service.
