Almotamar.net - President Ali Abdullah Saleh called Monday on monitoring and audit apparatuses in the Arab countries to benefit from their accumulated experience and exchange of expertise and training in the way preserving the public property in the Arab countries against all forms of negligence and chaos so that the public property returns to the Arab nation's benefit and in favour of development.
In his meeting with heads of monitoring and audit apparatuses taking part in meetings of the higher group of monitoring and audit held in Yemen currently the president added that those apparatuses have to be effective and receive political support from Arab leaderships and " we in Yemen have the central apparatus for monitoring and audit receives support of the leadership as well as the legislative power that has monitoring tasks and we do not dispense with expertise and exchange of information. The Arab property is one and everyone can benefit from other's' experiences. If we are talking on the necessity of benefiting from democracy and the woman participation, which is a slogan rose in the west and being exported to our region, we have therefore to learn from that in the way suitable to our peculiarity and cultural and civilization heritage. "
President Saleh added " The meeting of monitoring and audit apparatuses is a new accomplishment and we wish the meeting success and on our part we are ready to do whatever we can to overcome difficulties before your apparatuses. We only hear good things about monitoring and audit apparatuses work and this is what panics those who are careless about the public property and they do not like them."
The president said the important thing is availability of the will and determination for these apparatuses to perform their roles. He affirmed that these apparatuses should be sure in their work about correct information and documents away from rumours and media reports.
Earlier in the meeting the first deputy of the Arab group of monitoring apparatuses Ahmed al-Baddawi had expressed his gratitude for hosting the group's meeting in Yemen and said it was a good coincidence that the meeting comes while the people of Yemen are celebrating the 17th national day of the unity.
He said the group works for scientific building and expansion in processes of training and using world technologies to render help for public authorities and officials in the Arab homeland in following up spending the public property and protecting it against any loss and the way of spending it and collecting it with transparency.
