Almotamar.net Agencies - SEOUL, May 29 (Yonhap) -- A consortium led by South Korea's state-run Korea National Oil Corp. (KNOC) has won the right to explore two oil fields in Yemen that are estimated to hold up to 750 million barrels of oil reserves, the South Korean government said Tuesday.

The KNOC-led consortium has secured the rights for Block 39 in southeastern Yemen and Block 4 in central Yemen, according to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy.
