Almotamar.net - The prime minister gave instructions Sunday to concerned ministries with the process of employment to abolish preference criteria between applicants to public jobs on the basis of gender (males, females) when conducting test for the choice for occupying jobs. The instructions restricted preference to jobs which the process of preference of gender is a requirement of the job.

Prime minister Dr Ali Mahmoud Mujawar issued a decision stipulating implementation of preference among applicants for jobs in all governorates in accordance with the highest in points of preference in every specialty without any discrimination.

The decision which almotamar.net received a copy obliged the ministry of higher education to prepare a data base on university graduates and bearers of medium diplomas in various educational establishments inside and outside. The measure will enable the ministry of civil service to discover cases of forgery when performing measures of preference with regard to qualifications of applicants for jobs.
