Almotamar.net - Reliable sources said Monday the Qatari delegation taking part in the joint committee supervising implementation of the agreement on ending Saada rebellion it would not return to Yemen unless it gets a certain program presented by al-Houthi followers. According to the requested program al-Houthi followers should commit themselves to evacuate the positions they are still occupying and deliver their weapons in line with the agreement.

The source added to almotamar.net that Qatar's recalling of its delegation has come following inflexibility of the rebels regarding commitment to the agreement. He pointed out that the Qatari delegation had before being recalled home requested from the Houthis to present a time program o complete implementation of the agreement but they offered a program containing conditions hindering progress of carrying out the agreement.

The same source said the committee supervising the implementation of the agreement would stay in Saada to fulfill its task in response to directives by the president of the republic on 12 of this month. The president demanded the committee to continue in its job and to be more patient and self-restraint and to try using all possible means to guarantee implementation of the agreement, considering its task as a national one aimed at realization of bloodshed prevention and achievement of peace in the governorate.
