Almotamar.net - Yemen's parliament approved on Tuesday the final version of the law of tenders, biddings and government warehouses following its deliberation for more than a month beside seven months of a study of it by the parliamentary committees of services and finance.
As the chairman of the parliamentary services committee Awadh al-Socatri clarified to almotamar.net the law comes within the implementation of the president of the republic Ali Abdullah Saleh's platform that stipulated the finalizing of the law.
Al-Socotri indicated that the law guaranteeing closing inlets of corruption through its transparency in striking tenders and biddings, specifying the time span for finishing them along with confirmation on prior and later monitoring via two independent bodies.
