Eyewitnesses told almotamar.net the accident that took place at al-Amsha terrace in Saada caused the immediate death of five soldiers including the driver and the injury of others who were transported to Sana'a for treatment. They added the cause of the accident was roughness of the road leading to military camp in the area of Harf Sufyan. The accident happened while the soldiers were returning from Saada.

On the other hand, the Shoura, parliament-members committee supervising the putting of and to the rebellion in the governorate of Saada demanded delegates of rebel Abdulmalik al-Houthi a clear and definite stand about coming down the mountains and positions they are stationed in, in implementation of the agreement on ending he sedition.

The committee's demand came in response to a message sent by rebel al-Houthi to the committee on 214 July but the committee did not receive any reply in this regard yet.

In another development a group of al-Houthi-affiliate rebel elements made provocations against units of armed forces and security stationed in the district of Majz. And another rebel group has returned to al-Saifi area after armed forces units have left it.

26 September website quoted reliable sources in Saada as saying the insurgent elements were trying to evade implementation of their commitments to the agreement and delay in carrying out the rest of its articles, including evacuation of the remaining positions needed to be evacuated in addition to not handing over their medium weapons to the state authorities.

On the other hand it is scheduled that a presidential decree will be issued in a few days time stipulating the establishment of Reconstruction and Development Fund in the governorate of Saada.
