Almotamar.net - Appeals section at the specialised Criminal Court decided Saturday postponement of trying the persons accused of forming an armed gang aimed at targeting military ranking persons and security institutions to the 27th of next October.

The postponement came to enable the defence that the court appointed to defend the accused to present the reply to the prosecution appeal.

In its session today held under chairmanship of the Judge Saeed al-Qiotaa, asked the head of the prosecution appeals section to follow up judgment of the court issued at the sitting of 23 last June concerning the follow-up of the defendants who were already released.
