Almotamar.net - The first instance Criminal court issued its judgment Monday to imprisonment of three persons accused of theft and resisting authority men to sentences between 1-3 years from the date of their arrest.

In another case the court deeded to postpone trial of four defendants accused of passion and trading with drugs to 26 October 2007 to enable the defendants photocopying files of their charge.

The court in its Monday sitting also refused the release the demand of release of the accused presented by their lawyers.

Asked by the court on the charges against them the first defendant denied the charge while the second, third and the fourth defendants confessed that the source of drugs was the first defendant and that the take drugs but do not trade with them.
