Almotamar.nett - The General Secretariat of the General People's Congress (GPC) gave Thursday a reception party on the 25th anniversary of the GPC foundation.

The reception was attended by leaderships of the GPC, members of dialogue committee, representatives of political parties, civil society organisations, a number of ambassadors accredited to Yemen, editors in chief of party, official and private sector newspapers and correspondents of news agencies in Yemen.

The guests have congratulated the GPC leadership at the party's founding anniversary. On the sidelines of the reception a photo exhibition was held relating march of the GPC that is full of giving and accomplishments and gives an account on the historical stages the GPC has experienced during the past 25 years.

Visitors of the exhibition have expressed admiration of what they have seen of historical documentation of the stages that the party has gone through.
