Almotamar.net - Americans have expressed their being surprised regarding the difference between the image in their minds and what they have found on the ground concerning the Arabs.

The visiting Americans in Yemen told almotamar.net about the positive change f their concepts and ideas and they intend to convey that to the Americans when they go home.

The American visitor Sara said she has visited many Yemeni places and each time and everywhere she welcomed by Yemenis with the word "Ahlan", the Arabic word for welcome, and that gave her great impressions and feelings that changed her inaccurate visions about Yemen and the Arabs before her present visit.

Sara greeted the Yemenis and the Arabs for their pride in Arabic language unlike the attempt of people in some Arab countries to talk to Americans in English.
Another American visitor Mr Brown supported that by mentioning that they have visited Arab countries other than Yemen but they have found the people here very nice and they do not cheat, indicating that the image of Yemen is better than other places.

He affirmed that Yemen is distinguished by many things and in his opinion the most important is the kindness of its people.
