almotamar.net - An Austrian medical team dispatched by Austrian Arabs Physicians and Pharmacists society is scheduled to arrive in Yemen Saturday to carry out medical surgeries in a number of hospitals in governorates of Hajja and Sana'a.

Director General of Information and Public Relations at the Yemeni Ministry of Public Health and Population Abdulallam Sallam said during the team's ten days stay in Yemen will make a number of complicated medical operations for a number of rare specializations at the Public Al-Thawra Hospital in Sana'a and Jumhuri Hospital in Hajja governorate.

He added that the 14-member team is specialists in heart, brain, nerve, children, plastic and other surgeries. Sallam pointed out that Austrian doctors are to deliver a number of lectures to Yemeni doctors in both Sana'a and Hajja. He said the delegation visit serves development of Yemeni Austrian relations and medical exchange as well as exchange of expertise.
