On the other hand the Yemeni deputy premier, the minister of planning and international cooperation Abdulkarim Ismael al-Arhabi and Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zaid Al Nhayan, the UAE foreign minister today signed an understanding memorandum with Abu Dhabi Fund for Development on allocating $310 million of the UAE pledges for funding project of priority in the investment programme of the Yemeni third five-year plan.
Al-Arhabi and Sheikh Al- Nhayan discussed acceleration for completing procedures of using financial resources offered by the UAE for financing the development activities of the Yemeni republic.
