almotamar.net - The General Union of the Yemeni Students and Youth in Misour in India organised on Monday a speech and artistic ceremony on the 40th anniversary of Independence Day. The festival was attended by large numbers of Yemeni students as well as Arab students from some Arab countries as well as Indian students.

Chairman of the General Union of the Yemeni Students Amis al-Mawari called in his speech in the party to form a student movement united in thought and goal and visions all over the Arab arena for facing the challenges encountering the Arab nation.

He added hat the Union would be the voice expressing aspirations of the Yemeni students on the road of building the homeland of 22 May.

Chairman of the Palestinian students and his Iraqi counterpart praised in their speeches the Yemeni role and the courageous stands of the Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh regarding issues of the Arab nation.
