almotamar.net - The inhabitants of Taiz governorate have Thursday denounced the attack by an armed gang in Mikhlaf Sharaab on Wednesday when gunmen ambushed commander of the central security of Taiz brigadier general Abdul Nasser al-Qawsi and his companions and led to the death of three soldiers and the wounding of 9 others.

A statement issued by sheikhs, notables and inhabitants of Taiz governorate mentioned that employment by some political forces the incident of killing of sheikh Abdulsalam al-Qaisi is aimed at destabilization of the governorate security and stability. The statement added that the aim of the attack was also to instigate instability among the people of the governorate especially that the government has done its duty in sending the accused of killing the sheikh to court that issued its decision and that should make all to commit to it.
