almotamar.net - Director General of the Working Woman Development Administration at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour Hana Ghaleb stated Wednesday the Ministry's intention to open two departments in the governorates of Ibb and Thamar this year carrying out development of capacities of the woman working in agriculture.

At the concluding ceremony today of a workshop on activation of the Woman Administrations in Sana'a the participant in the workshop Dr Raoufa Hassan said the workshop was distinguished by qualification of 27 woman leading members in managing development of the woman. She said the training course concluded with preparation of two projects; the first for the working woman enlightenment and the second on supporting her.

On his part the chairman of the trade unions federation Mohammed al-Jadri called on the women to activate their participation in the parliamentary elections of 2009 to win seats in the parliament proportionate of their volume amounting to 42% of the electorate.
