Almotamar.net - President Ali Abdullah Saleh has sent Tuesday a cable of congratulations to Gen. Michel Suleiman on his being elected President of Lebanon.
In his telegram President Saleh said, "Undoubtedly, what has been reached via peaceful political dialogue was culmination of the continuous efforts and an embodiment of the noble offices made for reaching what has been done. This confirms that dialogue and understanding are of the most successful means for resolving different issues and pending problems at both internal and external levels. "
