Almotamar.net - The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has on Saturday discussed a political programme of the parties grouping in it and would be announced in the next few days. In its meeting chaired by the Acting Secretary General of the General People's Congress (GPC) Abdulrahman al-Akwaa and attended by the 12 political parties that signed the coalition document, they discussed trends of future plans and programmes of the alliance and formation of specialised committees as well as a higher coordination council for the alliance.
The meeting considered developments in the national arena especially those connected to the citizens ' living life. The parties in their meeting reiterated their condemnation of the terrorist act that took place in the city of Seyoun on Friday, demanding authorities to take all ways for sending the perpetrators to court. The NDA also called political parties and organisations and civil society organisations and all sons of the people to condemn these terrorist acts and to stand abreast against all forms of extremism.
The coalition also called on the government to speed up implementation of the plan related to confront extremism and terror and intensify programmes of awareness among the society and the youth in particular on dangers of deviation in thought and culture and reflections of those on the society and citizens.
