Almotamar.net - A presidential decree was issued Tuesday the first article of which stipulated the formation of the Supreme Commission for Elections and Referendum (SCER).

The decree stipulated the SCER formation from Khalid Abdulwahab al-Sharif, Abdullah Muhsin al-Akwaa, Dr Jaafar Saeed Basaleh, Dr Mohammed Abdullah al-Sayani, Alawi Ali -Mashour, Abdeh Mohammed al-Janadi, Mohammed al-Saqqaf, Abdulrahman Balghaith, Saif Mohammed Saleh al-Sharaabi and Dr Abdullah Mohammed Dahan.
The second article of the decree stipulated that the decree is valid from the date of its issuance and publication in the official gazette.
