Almotamar Net - An official source in Hudeida Property Prosecution confirmed Wednesday that a group of gunmen stormed the port of Hudeida and released nine containers retained upon judicial order because of containing poisonous materials.

Judge Ishaq Salah, chairman of Hudeida Property Prosecution told almotamar.net what happened on Tuesday is considered a crime and flagrant challenge of the judiciary and orders of the prosecution that issued its orders to retain the containers as the case is still under consideration of commercial judiciary in the capital Sana'a, adding there are judgments passed for returning he container to the country of origin.

Director of Hudeida port security said he has orders for the release of the containers but he did not mention the source of those orders.

The Authority of the Red Sea ports and customs of Hudeida port wrote memorandum denying their relationship with the release of the containers and confirmed their disagreement of taking them out without judicial order, holding security authorities of the port responsible for the release of the containers.
