The Yemeni Democratic Development Institute (YDDI) Hadramout Branch will hold political, legal awareness activities and functions by the end of this month.
During the two-week activities, university teachers will explain in details the Yemeni election law, as well as deliver tens of lectures on the democratic approaches in an effort to create a fair, competing election environment and fix the democratic approach in Yemen,� YDDI Secretary-General, Omar Basonbol told the motamar.net.
Established in 1994, The YDDI is a non-governmental organization concerned with the democratic transitions in the Yemeni society. Its branch in Hadramout was established in 2004.
