almotamar.net - President Ali Abdullah Saleh has on Monday reiterated his call for unification of the Palestinian national rank in the manner achieving interest of the Palestinian people and the service of their just cause.


During his meeting today with the Palestinian ambassador to Yemen Ahmed al-Deek on the expiry of his term of office in Yemen the President emphasized Yemen�s stands supporting struggle of the Palestinian people and their right to establishment of their independent state on their national soil with its capital Al-Quds.


President Saleh also praised the efforts the Palestinian ambassador exerted during his term of office for the service of the Yemeni Palestinian relations, asking the ambassador to convey his greetings to President Mahmoud Abbas , Chairman of the Palestinian National Authority.


For his part the outgoing Palestinian ambassador praised the courageous stands of President Saleh in support of the Palestinian right, confirming that they are received with appreciation and gratitude of the entire people of Palestine.
