Almotamar.net - President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on o Friday a telephone call from his Lebanese counterpart Genial Michel Suleiman. The two leaders discussed the brotherly relations and fields of cooperation, means of enhancing them in addition to regional and international developments of common interest.

The Lebanese President expressed in the telephone conversation his wishes of good health and happiness for President Saleh and ever progress and prosperity for the Yemeni people, asserting Lebanon�s standing by Yemen�s security and stability.

For his part President Saleh wished success for the Lebanese parliamentary elections scheduled to be held in the next few days in the manner that would meet aspirations of the Lebanese people, he has also praised the strong relations of the two sisterly countries and peoples, confirming keenness on developing and enhancing them in different areas.
