By:almotamar.net - SANA'A- Minister of Justice, Ghazi al-Aghbari, has ordered today heads of courts of appeals and first instance courts to promptly settle and judge election-related penal lawsuits according to the law.
In a circulated note, of which almotamar.net obtained a copy, al-Aghbari stressed on the importance of looking into election-related cases.

The circulated note stated that violations crimes might result from election campaigns (both presidential and local), and so it urged them to promptly look into any claim they receive in this regard.
