Almotamar.net, Saba - President Ali Abdullah Saleh returned home on Thursday after participation in the 15th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement held in Egyptian resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh on Wednesday.

President Saleh stated to media upon arrival describing the summit as successful and came out with positive decisions and recommendations.

"The summit was successful in dealing with several issues and topics very seriously, especially those related to regional and international changes in fields of economy, trade, global financial crisis and fighting terror and piracy," said Saleh.

He said he got chance during the summit to meet with a number of leaders and heads of participating delegations and tackled with them a number of issues concerning mutual relations and cooperation between Yemen and their countries.

President Saleh thanked President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt for good reception and hospitality he and the accompanying delegation got. He also thanked him for hosting of the summit's activities and the good preparations which made the summit successful.
