Almotamar.net - President Ali Abdullah Saleh has on Thursday reiterated his call on all political spectra, in power and opposition; political parties, scholars, sheikhs, social and cultural figures and civil society organisations, to look forward and reconciliation and tolerance as well as dialogue and understanding under ceiling of national constants. He asked them to not let those politics and war mongers have an opportunity.

President Saleh also urged the political forces for contest via programs and visions away from violence, conspiracy or inflicting g harm on the homeland and its interests and to rise above self and selfish interests.

In an editorial in Al-Thawra daily, the issue of Thursday the President called on all to avoid media wrangles and all practices that create climates of tension and disturb the social peace. He pointed out that the homeland is need of efforts of all the sons of the country and that love, fraternity, conciliation, forgiveness and keeping away from violence and climates of tension and to abandon the culture of hatred.

President Saleh also expressed his regret for what happened during the past two years of events inflicted much harm on the homeland and its higher interests. He urged all to benefit from experiences of the past and its lessons and to turn a new chapter and begin a serious and responsible dialogue under the dome of the state constitutional institutions without any pre-conditions by any party.
