Almotamar.net - The Yemeni Parliament Speaker Yahya al-Raei has called on the government and businessmen in Yemen for building factories and centres for the employment of orphans to work in them so that to be active in the society rather than depending on others.

Al-Raei also stressed the importance of encouraging orphans and providing job opportunities and sources of income for living for them. At opening on Monday the ceremony of distributing the Prize of Haj Saleh Mohammed al-Issa for top graduates for orphans, he said the important thing is to train, qualify and educate the orphan and to provide jobs for them after education.

In the ceremony held by The Orphan Development Foundation in Sana'a the Secretary General of the Foundation Hamid Ziad said the number of top and talented orphans reached at more than 400 and 35 of them were chosen for the Prize of Haj Saleh Mohammed al-Issa. He added that the foundation is planning to build an industrial town for the orphans and building of 3 factories.
