Almotamar.net, Saba - In its meeting on Tuesday chaired by Deputy Prime Minister for Security and Defense Affairs Rashad al-Alimi, the Cabinet affirmed the importance of continuation of military and security measures against the Houthi rebels in the northern province of Saada.
This came in response to the public calls for dealing firmly and strongly with this terrorist gang and its elements so as to lead to arresting and bringing them to justice.
The cabinet listened to a report by Minister of Defense on the situation's developments in the province, praising the results of the qualitative operations carried out by the military and security units in the province.
Launching an armed rebellion in 2004, the Houthis continue to fight troops, kill innocents and attack their properties and commit banditry as well as derailing development projects and peace efforts.
Lately the army moved severely against the rebels, in an offensive prompted by rebel continuous lawbreaking and sabotaging.
The cabinet also approved the formation a committee chaired by the Minister of Health and membership of the Yemeni Red Crescent , provinces of Saada and Haja and Director General of the Yemeni Economic Establishment . the committee supervises reception and providing shelter to the migrants from affected areas due to the sedition of the rebellion and to offer humanitarian, food and medical assistance to them.
On the other hand the Cabinet approved 5 working hours during Ramadan 1430 AH according to a memo submitted to it by Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance in this respect.
The cabinet's decision limited the official hours in the ministries, governmental bodies and central public authorities from 10.00 AM and for five hours every day except Thursday and Friday.
The working hours in the hospitals, health service facilities and the similar institutions are limited by the decision with 4 hours starting from 10.00 AM for six days per a week from Saturday to Thursday.
The decision also allowed letting precede the official hours an hour in the coastal and desert areas according to a request submitted to the cabinet by Minister of Local Administration.
On another hand, the decision authorized Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance to carry out inspecting and monitoring campaigns in the all ministries and government's bodies and facilities and the administrative units to be sure of the employees' compliance with the working hours.

They abstain from food, drink, and other physical needs during the daylight hours.
