Almotamar.net - Sources at the local authority in Saada province, north of Yemen said Tuesday that elements of rebellion and terror have committed massacres against the innocent citizens and attacked development projects. The sources attributed that to the hysterical state they have reached as a result of the painful blows they are sustaining at the hands of the armed forces and security in cooperation with the citizens loyal to their homeland in Saada and other provinces.

A source in the local authority said those elements stormed the health centre in Shatha district, expelled the doctors and employees from it and plundered its contents and furniture and tried to kidnap citizens in Al-Talh district but were faces with strong resistance that forced them to flee.

The source warned the rebels against committing further crimes against the citizens and not to change the reality o their imminent defeat to a retaliation act against the citizens.

On the other hand groups of rebels were forced to evacuate farms belonging to citizens in a fortified area and some areas in the district of Sahar.
