By:almotamar.net - AMRAN- The General People's Congress (GPC)'s presidential candidate, Ali Abdullah Saleh, said in a rally held Thursday in Amran governorate those who talk about corruption are experts in corruption, and their wrong thinking makes them think Yemen's resources can be distributed and shared by the Joint Meeting Parties (JMP).
The JMP presidential candidate is just one person, but behind him are five parties with ten important figures that want to swoop upon resources, Saleh stated.

" I extend my heartfelt thanks to those (males and females) who came from various districts to this stadium, from Amran and Dhalemah, and from Habour, al-Madam, al-Ahnoum, al-Qaflah, Jahamah, al-Aqqah, Houth, Khamer; and from Kharef, Raidah, the Black Mountain, al-Ashmour, Thila, Sons of Sereih, Dhi Been, Bani Suraim, Sufian, Muthmer, and from other districts, to participate in this very great rally," Saleh addressed the people of Amran after he greeted them.

Below is Saleh's speech delivered before the people of Amran:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Great crowd of the sons of Amran,
Peace be upon you.

I do extend my heartfelt thanks to those (males and females) who came from various districts to this stadium, from Amran and Dhalemah, and from Habour, al-Madam, al-Ahnoum, al-Qaflah, Jahamah, al-Aqqah, Houth, Khamer; and from Kharef, Raidah, the Black Mountain, al-Ashmour, Thila, Sons of Sereih, Dhi Been, Bani Suraim, Sufian, Muthmer, and from other districts, to participate in this very great rally.
I am speaking to you as I know the geography of Yemen; I know it very well, and I know who you are, you who came to this very place. I shall not address you and say to you: O you, the sons of Yemen, but you the sons of Hashid and Bakil, the sons of Madhahaj, sons of Himiar, and Qahlan, and Hadramout.

I have read geography, and I know all the Yemeni tribes, with their social classes. You are all welcome.
Dear fellow, let me greet this new established governorate, the brave governorate that has noble, honorable stances over the national struggle. It is they who caused the 26 September Revolution to break out and presented martyrs in 1948,1955,1959. Of these martyrs are: Hussein Bin Nasser Bin Mabkhout al-Ahmer, Hamid Bin Nasser al-Ahmer, and al-Ghouli, Baker, and al-Se'er, in addition to the martyrs who defended the revolution, such as Sheikh Ahmed al-Swadi, Mujahid Abu Shawareb, Muqhem, al-Barek, Ali Amran, al-Qaidhi, and several martyrs from this brave governorate� Of course, through the national struggle movement and through defending the Yemeni unification, Amran governorate had offered a river of blood in the Revolution. So, we have ordered to establish this governorate to join other governorates in development. There are projects that have been achieved in this governorate. I shall not elaborate on them, but let them speak themselves.

Those who speak about corruption are experts in corruption. I can't remember their positions, institutions, companies in which they work: those who say the country has great resources� It is true there are several resources, but their wrong thinking goes to the extent that such resources are allocated among the JMP and from behind the JMP. By this, they don't think of roads, university, school, electricity, dams and water partitions: they think resources are a mere booty not loss, and that money is a booty for them to share. If the JMP presidential candidate is just one person, behind him are five parties with ten important figures that want to swoop upon this nation's boons.
Hail you, the sons of Amran governorate, and I have mentioned you in names, without forgetting the districts of Dhei Been, Bani Sureim, and Sufian and Muthmer that came to this place. I do thank you, and affirm the future is promising.
With peace and stability comes the political motion and come democracy, opinion, and counter opinion. But they don�t accept counter-opinion: they want us to accept their views without accepting ours.
Under the wing of peace and stability, Yemen made relations with neighboring countries and Arab states� We should maintain all the achievements and multiple democratic approach; competitors are to vie honestly and without lying.
