Almotamar.net - Military and security units stood up to Houthi terrorist elements infiltration attempts into Al-Dam Horn and Tamthala positions where 10 of those elements were killed and others wounded , among them one of the terrorist leaders called Yahya Karma.

Military and security units achieved advance in Sufyan and defeated the remnants of terror reaching to Quroun area and inflicted on those elements heavy losses.

Military sources said that armed forces and security troops destroyed hideouts of the terrorists in al-Qata area in Kataf district, expelled them and took control of the heights situated west of Kataa, inflicting on elements of terror heavy loses and destroyed terrorist's hideouts in mountains of Hasaka. Specialized units have removed landmines the terrorists had planted in the area and on road sides.

The sources added that armed forces and in cooperation with citizens from Waela and Faraa tribe carried out a military operation against the terrorists hideouts in Markaba and Athban Mountain in which the terrorists were defeated and their hideouts destroyed.

Armed forces men have also repelled terrorist elements that tried to infiltrate into positions in Sharami and Al-Amri in Kadm inflicting on them heavy losses in lives ands equipment and forced them to flee.
