Almotamar.net - The Specialised First Instance Criminal Court in Yemen would next Saturday hold a sitting to pronounce the verdict in the cases of 23 defendants in two groups as part of the al-Houthi terrorist gangs in Bani Husheish.

One of the two groups is composed of ten defendants and the second group consists of 13 other defendants. The prosecution charged them with participating in an armed gang implementing a criminal scheme for perpetrating acts of killing, blasting and destruction in the district of Bani Husheish and around it.

As a result of the acts of the gang, according to the indictment, a large number of armed forces and security soldiers were killed in addition to killing of a number of citizens, women and children. The Gangs acts also included the destruction and stealing a number of military equipment and means of transport.
