Almotamar.net - Local sources in Saada province have on Sunday confirmed killing the terrorist Hassan Hamoud Athaya, leader of the terrorist elements in Mran area in an attack launched by armed forces and security troops in Saada axis. The attack targeted a hideout for the terrorists in Mran and led to the death of terrorist Athaya in addition to the terrorist elements that were with him.

The sources also mentioned that armed forces men carried out a combating operation in which they destroyed one of the main centres of terrorists gathering in Dhahyan area, inflicting on them heavy losses in lives in addition to destroying a number of those elements� equipment.

Meanwhile, a number of terrorist elements were killed or wounded in armed forces attacks on their hideouts in areas of Al-Qatat, Al-Mahathir, Ghamr, Al Uqab and north of Beit Qaesha.

Military and security units have destroyed a number of terrorists� positions in addition to destroying a vehicle carrying weapons for the terrorist elements in Jamima area in Damaj.

Field sources also said that armed forces and security fighters destroyed the hideout of terrorist Mohammed Ali Ghaili and the hideout of terrorist Ahmed Ali Qaili in Bani Maath and another one in the area of Hafsin. Many of those terrorist elements were killed and others wounded in those hideouts. The armed forces fighters also destroyed two vehicles carrying terrorists and weapons in Bani Maen.

The source added that two hideouts of terrorists were also destroyed with their weapons near Al-Samaa and Al-Hawa in addition to destruction of a number of their cars in Souq Al-Lail and Farwa.

In Sufyan axis military and security units pounded positions and hideouts of terrorists near the Black Heights, east of Al-Nassr height , turning of Al-Jawf road and near Jalham Mountain . In those operations many terrorists were killed or wounded and many of their equipment and weapons were destroyed.
