Almotamar.net, Saba - President Ali Abdullah Saleh received in here on Monday the Jordanian Prime Minister Samir al-Rifai.

During the meeting, President Saleh discussed with Jordanian Premier al-Rifai the preparations for Yemeni-Jordanian Joint Committee set to be held in Sana'a soon.

They also discussed the mutual cooperation relations in areas of health, investment and commercial exchange.

The Jordanian official welcomed President Saleh, highlighting the importance of the visit that would reinforce the bilateral relations and open further cooperation fields.

He affirmed his country's adherence to enhance cooperation and commercial exchange with Yemen, expressing the Jordanian desire to establish joint investments in Yemen, particularly in the medical field.

For his part, President Saleh expressed the importance of enhancing the joint cooperation. He renewed welcome of the Jordanian investments in Yemen, asserting that they would get all the facilities and care.
