almotamar.net - President Ali Abdullah Saleh, the Commander in Chief of the armed forces on Monday paid a visit to Republican Guard Armoured Brigade 14 Camp where he was received by its command.

The President acquainted himself with the level of training and qualification programmes. The president talked to officers and non-commissioned officers and soldiers, congratulating them on the 20th Day of reunification of the country and establishment of the Republic of Yemen.

President Saleh urged personnel of the camp for more training and qualification and acquiring of combatant skills, perfuming duties and discipline. He also affirmed continuation of efforts in building and modernizing this national establishment in armament and supplies.

The President also visited the training centre of the Republican Guards where he saw programmes and activities carried out by the centre, expressing his appreciation of the centre�s command and teachers efforts for qualification of the personnel and acquiring combat skills.
